Sobha Realty traces its development philosophy to founder PNC Menon, whose background in interiors evolved into a broader focus on construction, quality control and detailed execution. The company's own material describes quality, precision and accountability as central to how it builds.
The developer has operated across multiple international markets and is best known in the UAE for master planned communities and residential projects. Sobha City is its first large scale residential masterplan in Abu Dhabi and marks an expansion of the brand's UAE presence beyond its established projects in Dubai and Umm Al Quwain.
